Physical Condition Surveys
Physical Conditions Surveys (or PCS's) are the core service provided by our Commercial Building Diagnostics group. A PCS is an overview of all key elements of a commercial building which, if done well, accurately defines a building's current and near future Capital Expense needs. Environmental Services
Any environmental inspection requires comprehension of historical building systems and historic industrial processes, as much as it requires expertise in environmental engineering and regulatory compliance. For example, an environmental inspector cannot evaluate the potential for latent Underground Storage Tanks (USTs), without a working knowledge of historic applications for fuel oil. He or she cannot evaluate the potential for PCBs without a working knowledge of contemporary and historic high voltage electrical equipment.
